Mazel Tov to the Wienner Family on Alex becoming a Bar Mitzvah! This was the third event we designed for the Wienner Family and each one celebrated the talents of their dynamic kids.
For this event, we had the pleasure of months of collaborating with the talents of Monroe co-owner of Zeffert and Gold, with Jon, owner of Hero Entertainment, Mario of Excel Lighting and Mark Henry of Fabrication Events, Debra from Oheb Shalom, Marc Summerfield of Guill Photo and Marshall of Maverick Productions to produce an intimate concert setting for Alex to preform ‘Live in Concert’. After a festive cocktail hour where the staff of Zeffert and Gold passed hor d’oeurves on our neon trays, guests transitioned into the high energy ballroom. Fabrication Events draped the room in Alex’s favorite color, red and Excel Lighting projected our custom images of Alex playing guitar, keyboards and singing up to 20′ high.
After his parents and siblings were introduced through the draped ballroom entrance, Alex appeared on stage as a hologram and then burst onto stage singing with the band. The HaloShow was a huge hit, produced by Dan of Hero Entertainment. We are honored to be the first party to feature their creative and one of a kind hologram show. The delicious concert fare was set up in Oheb’s conference area off to the side; think ‘concessions stands’ and the stations were highlighted with a variation on favorite album cover designs, twisted by Heidi of Innovative Party Planners. Dessert was back in the main concert hall and featured glowing cotton candy.
Staff wore ‘EVENT STAFF’ T’s with the event logo and all the teens received their very own souvenir hoodie sweat shirt. They were so popular, we could have set up a stand and sold them at the end of the night! We enjoyed producing and executing Alex’s LIVE concert! Harriette, third time is a charm! Hugs.
