Arielle’s Bat Mitzvah project focused on raising money and awareness for Manatees and her party theme embraced her passion for all underwater life. Her Dad thought there could be no better way to embrace all of this, than to hold her Bat Mitzvah ceremony and celebration at the National Aquarium. We worked closely with Arielle’s Mom to orchestrate the details of the service held in the dolphin viewing area, as well as plan and execute the schedule of events, the layout, the lighting plan, and execute all the decor for the reception that followed in the cafeteria. In just under two hours, we transformed the public space into an intimate event. This involved an orchestrated set up plan involving a multitude of vendors working together to create a shared vision. Months of creativity and preparation have now turned into lasting memories for Arielle and her family.
We invite you to take a peek at some of the elements from Arielle’s Aquarium Bat Mitzvah ceremony and celebration. Be sure to check out our flipagram on Instagram as well as a great post on Mitzvah Market.
