Event Planning and Design

At Innovative Party Planners our goal is to help you maintain a realistic budget by relying on our expertise to guide you in making smart decisions and assist you in creating a memorable event. Every detail is handled carefully and professionally; and personal attention is given to all aspect of planning your event. The close relationship we develop with our clients’ results in a successful and well planned event, designed to meet the needs of each client while creating a unique event experience for your guests.
Our consultation fee, billed by the hour, covers planning, coordination, and decor design. Fees very based on the needs of each client.
Coordination and planning services may include:
- Meetings, phone and email conversations with you, the client
- Advice and recommendations regarding venue, catering, entertainment, transportation, lodging, photographer, or videographer selections
- A site visit to your venue
- Meetings, phone and email conversations with your venue
- Meetings, phone and email conversations with your caterer
- Meetings, phone and email conversations with your vendors, such as your entertainment, photographer, or videographer
- Menu selection
- Room layout and floor plan assistance
- Preparing a schedule of events
Decor design services may include:
- Designing a unique décor for your party to be used as the basis for your proposal
- Researching and exploring theme products, non-standard materials and party favors
- Color and linen selection
- Room décor suggestions such as lighting, large props, furniture rental, and signage
*Please note that we do not bill for our time spent in the studio making décor items you purchased such as centerpieces or signs.
